Happy Jo’s keto ice cream is the lowest carbohydrate and lowest glycaemic index ice cream on the market. We have developed our recipe using a combination of healthy fats, protein and the lowest glycaemic index fibres and sweeteners.

We sell in 2 sizes, 6oz tubs or 12oz tubs.

Ingredients

Double Cream (Milk) (40%), Water, Erythritol, Milk Protein Concentrate, Soluble Corn Fibre or Polydextrose*, Vegetable Glycerine, Egg Yolk Powder, Stabilisers (Guar gum, Xanthan gum, Carrageenan), Natural Strawberry Flavouring, Colour (Beetroot, Carrot), Strawberry Juice Powder, Acidity Regulator (Di-Potassium Phosphate), Sea Salt, Sweetener (Steviol Glycosides).

How to enjoy your ice cream

Happy Jo’s ice cream has no added sugar in it, so it needs to sit out a little longer until it reaches the desired texture.

This is typically 20-25 minutes after removing from your freezer.
