How It All Started?
Our journey began when our founder experienced chronic ill health. As with most chronic health issues there was no silver bullet. Fortunately, after much research and numerous doctors' appointments she was able to establish that her chronic fatigue was triggered by poor gut health and multiple chemical toxicity. With no viable options beyond just managing her condition, she delved seriously into utilising food and supplements under the direction of a qualified functional doctor to address her health challenges. Adopting a keto lifestyle with very low-carb foods, moderate protein, and healthy fats, she saw transformative results which gradually enabled her to resume normal daily activities again. Inspired by her recovery, she decided to share her experience and knowledge to help keto and low carb lifestyle enthusiasts enjoy delicious, health-promoting treats without having to sacrifice their precious time and energy.
