🧊 Ice Cream

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for ice cream items unless:

  • The item arrives damaged, spoiled, or not as described
  • You notify us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographic evidence

✅ If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following—whichever suits you best:

  • A replacement
  • Store credit
  • A full refund

❌ Order Cancellations

  • For ice cream orders, cancellations must be made before 11:00am on the dispatch date.
  • Once your order has been prepared or packed, we are unable to cancel or issue a refund.

⚠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Faulty
  • Incorrect
  • Not what you ordered

👉 Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will resolve it quickly with a refund or replacement.

To process any return, refund, or cancellation, we require proof of purchase—such as your order confirmation email or receipt.
